Planetary Seals
Window-Ornaments
Rudolf Steiner conceived the Planetary Seals in 1907. They express the creative forces which lead to the cosmic evolution
of the human being, from Old Saturn through Old Sun, Old Moon, Mars and Mercury to Jupiter and Venus.
Inspired by the original line-drawings, Kilian Voss created this interpretation in positive and negative forms, hand-crafted from discs of solid copper or brass and finely polished.
If you hang them by a sunny window, they will send reflections of their form-gestures travelling through the room.
They are available individually or as a set of all seven Planetary Seals.
Christmas Tree Decorations
Inspired by the indications given by Rudolf Steiner on the decoration of the Christmas tree with a series of ancient symbols, red and white roses and lit candles, Kilian Voss designed these beautiful sets of fourteen symbols, self-balancing candleholders and hanging vases for fresh roses.
All are precisely and carefully handcrafted by the artist from solid copper and brass.

A stone, be it pebble or diamond, a piece of wood

stands at the beginning of the design process.
It is enhanced or contrasted by other, man-made, shapes
- their texture, colour or material -
and thus re-interpreted into jewellery, tableware and sculptures.
